Tikara is a mom of twins, born prematurely in 2015.  Personal experiences including military living, NICU and lack of postpartum support have all inspired her to support and equip parents before and during the 4th trimester.  In her spare time you can find Tikara enjoying family time, hanging with her 3 dogs and studying how best to support the parents that she serves.  Services include early postpartum planning, lactation support, daytime and overnight postpartum support.
